Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of gpLead ("the service", "gplead.pro"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use gpLead.

1. What gpLead provides

gpLead aggregates guest-posting, link-building, and outreach opportunities — including agency contacts, job and freelance listings, startups, and buyer requests — gathered from public sources and refreshed periodically. We provide leads and contact information; we do not guarantee replies, placements, rankings, or any specific business outcome.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One person or business per account unless otherwise agreed.

3. Plans & payment

Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Agency) unlock additional leads and features as described on the pricing page. Payments are made by manual bank transfer and verified by us before access is granted. Access for a plan is granted after we confirm your payment. Prices may change for future purchases.

4. Acceptable use

Do not scrape, bulk-export (beyond your plan's allowance), resell, or redistribute the lead data.
Do not use the service to send spam or unlawful communications, or in violation of any third party's terms.
Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, access controls, or other users' accounts.
You are solely responsible for how you contact leads and for complying with applicable anti-spam, marketing, and search-engine guidelines.

5. Affiliate program

Affiliates earn a 20% commission on payments from referred customers, credited when the referred payment is approved. Self-referrals, fraudulent signups, and manipulated traffic are not eligible and may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of commissions. Payouts are made once you have an eligible balance, at our reasonable discretion.

6. Data accuracy & disclaimer

Leads are sourced from public information and provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that any contact detail is current, accurate, or that any lead will respond or convert. Your use of the data is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, gpLead and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version.
