We want you to be satisfied with gpLead. This policy explains when refunds are available for our paid plans (Starter, Pro, and Agency).
If you are not satisfied with your plan, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your payment being approved, provided you have not substantially used the service (for example, performing a bulk CSV export of leads or consuming a large share of your plan's lead allowance).
Email hello@gplead.pro from the address on your account, including your name and the payment reference. We aim to review requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original bank account.
If a payment that generated an affiliate commission is refunded, the corresponding commission is reversed.
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version.
